Prompts for w/c 16th April

Sorry, got a bit behind again! The prompts this week are from Kay and Curly. As they have just come back from what looks like the most amazing holiday, the theme is holidays.

Well as you know, I am off to Portugal in the summer. But now I have seen there are other fab places you can go, I asked Joe's mummy to take me to the travel agents to see what brochures we could find. No photos of that little trip as she left her camera at home {{rolleyes}}.

I couldn't believe all the different places you can go on holiday! But this had to be my favourite

Disneyland :-) Ideally Florida as the weather looks better. Would you just look at those rides.... wooo-hooooo.
Joe and Liam's mummy and daddy have been to Orlando before and they want to save lots of money so we can all go again when the boys are a bit bigger. I wonder if we would stay in villa again - they look fantastic!

The Disneyland Paris brochure was very exciting to look at.

Look - Toy Story! Ahhh Joe would be so chuffed to go there!

Anyways, that's a while away so I came back down to earth with a bump and decided to check out a bit more about Portugal. It looks great too.

And look, they have rides as well!!

I can't wait to go on holiday :-)

Prompts for w/c 23rd April

The prompts this week were from Paula and Koala and they are to tell everyone about how the lovely sunny weather we have been having has affected us.

Well it really has been lovely and so we have been spending quite a lot of time outside. It definitely makes people happier when the sun is shining. I love the pure blue skies we have been having.Even Cleo has been outside enjoying the warm - usually she just sleeps her days away upstairs under the desk.

and of course that means you have to be cool and wear your sunnies....

Our sunflower and sweet pea seeds are doing really well in our little greenhouse. Think we will need to plant them out soon when there is no chance of more frost.

I was well impressed with this little button in Joe's mummy's car. You press it and it gets Amazingly Cool - that must be what the A/C stands for. Brilliant it is.

At the weekend we went for a picnic at the local country park. It was great, lots of yummy food.

Then Liam and Joe tried to teach me how to play football. I just don't think I am big enough for that!
We've had a great week enjoying the sunshine - I hope you have too!

Prompts for w/c 9th April

Sorry I'm a bit late but I had lots of fun doing Clemmie's Home Sweet Home prompts:

Tell us where you live, find out on a map
Wow these map things are a bit complicated. I managed to find us on here, but Joe's mummy said it's really old now as loads of houses have been built since it was printed. She told me not to even get her started about the other lot they are building behind the river. So I didn't!

Tell us what kind of house you live in
Well it's a big house if you are looking at it from where I am....

and this is the number. Liam tells me it is twenty four - he is really good at his numbers now.

Do you have a garden?
Oh yes and I love playing out there with the boys. Joe took his trolley outside and whizzed me around for ages - brilliant fun!

And I like watching them play football, although Joe's mummy gets a bit fed up of her plants getting squashed.

Are you allowed everywhere?
Yes I am allowed everything, I'm a true member of the family <3
I went off exploring some of the places I haven't been yet, and here I am in the airing cupboard. Not very exciting but nice and warm.

What is your bed like?
I don't have a bed as I am quite happy sleeping anywhere (which is just as well as quite often I am just left lying about any old place!) Bit jealous of Cleo to be honest, she has this lovely slipper cat bed thingy...
I don't want to share with her though - she snores more than Joe and that is really saying something!

Where do you eat? With your carers?
I don't eat - that's how I maintain my svelt physique! LOL

Where would you like to live if you could choose?
Right here where I do of course!

Prompts for w/c 2nd April

Thanks to Hedgie for this week's prompts... here's my answers:

What is your favourite tv programme?
We don't watch much TV but the boys do love Ben 10. I'm even starting to memorise the character names. This some of Liam's collection, you might guess that he kinda likes Ben 10......

Who is your favourite cartoon character?
Had a nose around in Joe's room and have to say that this Buzz Lightyear guy is pretty cool, and I like watching Toy Story 2 as well. Wonder if we will go to see the 3rd one when it comes out?

What is your favourite sport to watch?
Liam has a football game for his DS and I've enjoyed watching him play that over the last couple of days. We don't watch any 'proper' sport in our house either!

What is your favourite sport to play?
I did this video a couple of weeks ago, but loved Wing Walking so much it has to be my favourite sport (well, at the moment!). And you'll see at the end that the pin in my bottom wasn't just affecting me..... Liam was fine by the way, the fact I am still nursing a small hole in my bottom is neither here nor there ;-)

Does your carer do any sport, or anything energetic?
In a word......

As it is the boat race this weekend I would like to see you in a boat!
OK, so I might have been captured by pirates but at least I didn't get wet on my shipwreck...

Finally, did you get an Easter Egg?
Nope, I was just left to weep into an empty wrapper!!

Prompts w/c 26th March

Oooops, another week where I am catching up! Thanks to Pamela for this week's prompts - my photos aren't the most original in the world but I had fun doing them all the same :-)

Mama Mia
Well I have watched this film lots of times, and Liam will start singing Mama Mia quite regularly!

Sister Act
OK, I admit I struggled with this one so here's my attempt at a home made habit (aka a pair of Liam's pants!)

Wicked
I am far too cute to do anything wicked, but I have to say - there is a wicked view from up here!

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Not the most aerodynamic vehicle you're ever likely to see and I have to steer with my feet. I can't see me flying in this.....

Dirty Dancing
Joe's mummy does have this film and it's one of her favourites, but I'm not allowed to watch it yet. This is Minnie, and we're going to practise some of our own moves when the humans are asleep.... it's all purely plantonic you understand, I only met her this afternoon!

We Will Rock You
These instruments are getting a bit young for the boys now, but they can make a lot of noise which was great fun (and very annoying for Joe's mummy I think!).

Hairspray
I had a rummage around in the bathroom cupboard but we don't have any hairspray here. I did find this stuff that Joe's mummy uses on her hair sometimes, so that will have to do!
